  1. Your organization’s name and address
  2. Local telephone number
  3. Name of CEO/Head of your organization
  4. Legal structure of your organization
  5. Year the organization was founded
  6. Short backgrounder on the organization
  7. Total number of employees

What is an Educational Grant?

An educational grantis meant to fund educational institutions or non-profit organizations focused on the following areas:

   • Catch the interest of students and enhance their performances in        Science, Mathematics, Technology, and other related fields.
   • Improve the skills, knowledge and abilities of institution’s faculty        members.
   •  Encourage local and national educational reforms.
   •  Carry out pilot programs or research in the areas of Science,        Mathematics, or Technology Education in all levels.
   •  Develop instructional materials to generate network of information on        services for education.

What is a Training Grant?

A training grant is another type of grant given to educational institutions and non-profit organizations that provide scholarships, fellowships, and stipends to students and faculty members.

What is a Research and Technology Grant?

Research and technology grant is usually given to members of the academe in support of an on-going research.  This type of grant gives researchers the free hand in using the funds accordingly.  However, the grant is subjected to the general conditions of the sponsor and the policies of the University.

What is a Disability Grant?

A disability grant is given to individuals with physical or mental disability who are no longer fit to work or gain employment.  There are two types of disability grant:

   • Permanent disability grant
   • Temporary disability grant

A permanent disability grant is given to those whose disability will last for more than a year.  Temporary disability grant, on the other hand, is given to those whose disability will last from six months to a year.
